my introduction to loose leaf tea

Over christmas my best friend made this amazing tea while visiting me and...love at first sip. I've been a devoted follower of tea for years but had never gotten around to trying loose leaf tea before. Magical! So before I left to come back to school we went to Teavana and I am now the proud owner of this beautiful teapot set:

And tea tins like these (only in different patterns):

And I filled them with three teas! Rooibos Tropica, Jasmine Dragon Pearls, and Peach Tranquility. Yummm! :)

7 reasons why red hair is awesome

I've recently become a redhead again...I've been every color under the sun but this is my favorite. :) So, in celebration, here we go:

1. Red hair totally legitimizes paleness.

2. Red hair makes blue eyes POP so beautifully.

3. Red hair matches lovely autumn leaves.

4. The way red hair looks in sunlight.

5. Did I mention RED HAIR in SUNLIGHT?!

6. The Egyptians had red hair (and were apparently very happy about it).

7. Red hair could get you on the TARDIS...and who honestly doesn't want to be on the TARDIS?
